Leasing & Application
How does the leasing process work
We’ve designed a streamlined, resident focused leasing experience:
1. Submit your application

3. We complete standard screening (credit, income, identity)
4. Our team contacts you with your results and next steps
Every application is reviewed with consistency, transparency, and fairness.
What are the qualification requirements
- Income of at least 2.5× the monthly rent
- Minimum 600 credit score
- Additional standard screening criteria may apply
All applicants are evaluated using the same rental standards.
What if I do not qualify on my own
Applicants may apply with a guarantor. Guarantors must meet the same income and credit requirements.
I am a minor student. Can I still apply
Yes. Provide your contact information and date of birth, and we will send you the appropriate application and lease documents tailored for minors.
I am an international student. Can I still apply
Absolutely. International applicants are welcome. Please provide your I-20 or other qualifying documentation for verification.
What documents are required during screening
- Valid government issued photo ID
- Social Security Number (if applicable)
- Three most recent pay stubs or other verifiable income documentation
Additional documentation may be requested depending on your situation.
How long does the application and screening processtake
Most applications are processed within 48 hours, depending on the completeness ofsubmitted documents.
Apartment Information
Are the apartments furnished?
Our residences are unfurnished, allowing you the freedom to personalize your space. For added convenience, we partner with CORT Furniture Rental, offering flexible furnishing solutions.
Are the apartments pet friendly?
Yes. We welcome cats and dogs up to 35 lbs fully grown. All pet policies and breedrestrictions are applied consistently for all applicants.

Yes. Residents may reserve the rooftop for private gatherings by notifying the office and providing a refundable deposit.
